Parcel Shipping orders are shipped directly to the shipping address you have provided (we cannot ship to PO boxes at this time). We will update your order with a tracking number as soon as it becomes available.
We cannot ship batteries due to federal regulations. Certain liquids cannot be shipped during cold months due to freezing. If there are any problems with shipping, we will contact you with your options.
We ship smaller orders with couriers including Loomis, Purolator, FedEx and Canada Post. At checkout you can choose your courier and service level.
In stock orders usually ship with 1 business day. Special orders are subject to the lead time from the manufacturer. We will contact you with a delivery estimate as soon as we have one.
